Commercial Distribution

Along with OFCCP Compliance Services, JobCirc provides a-la-carte job distribution to any job boards you currently use or need access to. Some of the more common boards our client’s like us to post to are Indeed, ZipRecruiter, Beyond.com, Monster, Dice and LinkedIn. However, we have dozens of others set up with the ability to set virtually any job board up at your request. If you have a specialty board you’re currently posting to on your own, we can help automate that for you.

When posting to commercial boards, you’ll tell us what indicators you’ll use to signify what job should be going out to which board. This can be done by adding any text of your choosing to your job listing. So, for example, you’d like Requisition #123 to be sent to Monster, you’ll type “#4d6” or “+Monster” at the bottom of the ad – anything you want. Our automated scraping system will pick this up and send the job to Monster. Once the job is deactivated or this text is removed from the listing, our system will automatically remove the job from Monster. This setup is very slick, seamlessly and effortlessly providing you with more freedom than alternative methods of distribution.
