What are the State Workforce Agency job distribution requirements of the OFCCP?

The OFCCP requires that all Federal Contractor jobs are sent to a State Workforce Agency (SWA) in which that job is eligible for hire. They require that jobs listed with SWAs are live, listed and actionable, meaning that they are editable once listed and there is a permenant record with the SWA of jobs posted. JobCirc manages all SWA accounts for your company and manually posts jobs into those accounts using a team of posters inside the United States, satisfying all these OFCCP conditions.

What are the Diversity Outreach requirements of the OFCCP?

The OFCCP requires that all Federal Contractor jobs are distributed in a manner to attract candidates from the Protected Classes - minorities, females, veterans and people with disabilities. What are the Local Outreach requirements of the OFCCP?

The OFCCP requires that Federal Contractors reach out to local communities in order to build their candidate pools. JobCirc assists with this in two ways. We maintain an updated database filled with thousands of local centers throughout the United States. This database includes colleges, local veteran reps and OneStop centers among other specialized career centers and local groups. Emails go out to our contacts at these centers on a daily basis with any jobs in their area and they begin helping you on the hunt for qualified candidates. JobCirc also provides a record-keeping tool in our Compliance Dashboard where you or other team member can input any local activities that have been done in addition JobCirc's distribution for export in the event of an OFCCP audit.

How much time does it take before services are active?

The setup process can take as little as a 2 days for companies that post jobs in only a couple states. This allows enough time to setup the custom scrape of your company's career site and register State Workforce Agency accounts as needed. If your company already has SWA accounts registered, passing the login credentials to those previously-created accounts along to your JobCirc account manager can help reduce setup time. An average sized company that posts in 30-50 states will take 4-7 days to complete setup.

How many people can access the JobCirc Compliance Dashboard?

There is no limit to the number of active Dashboard user accounts. Accounts can be created both by contacting your JobCirc account manager as well as by having a previously-created administrative user within your company log in and set up a new account from inside the Dashboard. There are tremendous advantages to providing the entire HR team with access as it will allow everyone to take advantage of resources, run reports and use the specialized compliance tools housed within the JobCirc Compliance Dashboard.

Does JobCirc provide assitance in the event of an OFCCP Audit?
